The first hour of our game v Golborne Parkside in our second friendly on 1st May. We were playing in a kit lent to us from Ashton Bears, kudos to the Bears for that generosity #RLFamily . It ended up being a memorable 2nd victory for the Chargers #ItsAllAboutThePeople
By using the kick chase / return set as part of our training sessions we were not only empowering the players to develop their tactical awareness in these scenario's, but also we were developing aerobic conditioning by setting the players the 80 meter sprint to the retrieve the ball / kick chase (transition stage) and then commence with the efforts of completing a set of 6.
